Oasis De Paz operates under the legal entity Oasis Cleaning Services (U.S.) to manage and process payments for vacation rental properties in the Dominican Republic.
2. Services
We offer short-term vacation rental accommodations and related hospitality services. Each property listing describes amenities, prices, and booking rules.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking platforms.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when making a reservation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard (Moderate) Policy:
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.
If canceled within 5 days of check-in, no refund will be issued.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must respect property rules and local regulations.
Any damages caused during the stay may be charged to the payment method on file.
Illegal activity, nuisance behavior, or property misuse is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
Oasis De Paz and Oasis Cleaning Services are not liable for:
Injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your stay
Acts of nature, power outages, or local disruptions
Third-party actions or events beyond our control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, logos, photos, and materials—is owned by Oasis De Paz or licensed for our use. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.
